This cours has been given from 11 to 13 May 2011 at the campurs of the Royal Military School in Brussels. The audience was gathering civil and militay executives of Membre states and European Institutions. Alain Esterle had been requested to moderate the different sessions. Their objective was to tackle the basic notions of cyber-security, identify the involvement of the European Institutions and their respective roles, and better appreciate the cybersecurity stakes at European level and their likely evolutions.
