Political Sciences Institute (Paris) - Conflicts and cooperations in Cyberspace

This cycle of 12 seminars was dealing with the past, current or emerging developments of relations between citizens, public or private organisations and States in cyberspace. It evaluated the tools, actors, stakes and impacts, notably as regards internationale relations. This cycle of seminars lasted from February till April 2011 under the joint responsibility of Alain Esterle and Philippe Wolf, Adviser to the General Directorate of the National Information Systems Agency (ANSSI).
