abstract:
This study is a follow-up and an update of the one run for ANSSI (ex DCSSI) in 2009. Inter allia, it takes into account the recent evolutions in cyber-defence and their impact on Europe's defence, as well as the new cyber-defence capabilities implemented within the Eurpean Institutions.
