abstract:
The objective of the study is to prepare normative documents related to the accreditation services and to accompany ARCEP in the implementation of a mediation service at Burkina Faso. Alain Esterle contributes this 4-month study in the postion of consultant to ADETEF and to Bird & Bird which owns the contract with ARCEP.
