abstract:
The increasing role of information in the operational objectives achievement requires to re-visit the concepts of information security and information dominance. A concept of "information assurance" based on 8 components can be proposed, accompanied with a comparative analysis of the way several countries are adressing this issue. The study ends up with a set of proposals aiming at deepening the approach.
