French-German dialog for the future - Promotion 2010

This French-German dialog consists of a yearly programme managed by IFRI on the French side and DGAP on the German side.
Each year, it involves about twenty young executives of both countries, who are invited to prepare and animate three seminars on current issues. Such a seminar took place in Hambourg on October 2010 with an agenda including, inter alia, a round-table on personal data protection and homeland security in France and Germany.
Alain Esterle has been invited to participate in this round-table together with Walter Ernestus, Deputy Chief of Unit at the service of the Federal Commissioner for personal data protection and information rights.
