Under the supervision of the French beneficiary ADETEF, Esteral Consulting is in charge of the coordination of the French contributions for the Work Packages 1 and 8. Alain Esterle is acting as strategic and operationnal expert.

PEPPOL programme (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) aims to implement over Europe an interoperable electonic plateform for the management of public procurement. The Work Package 8 deals with the architecture of the plateform, its governance, security and validation. The work Package 1 consists of setting up tools for the validation of the digital signatures used by the different European partners.
